What the Heck Do I Eat? July 2024
Are you interested in learning through an experiential group coaching event? Are you a Nurse Coach? If you are answered yes, please consider joining me for this three part course using nutrition, awareness, and group coaching to explore the dynamics of working within a group setting around the topic of nutritional health and well-being.
This course will allow you to be immersed as a participant with the added benefit of discussion as a Nurse Coach as you progress through the course.
There will be three 90 minute live sessions which will be recorded.
Participation will be limited to 15 attendees. If interested please submit your interest and you will be contacted when available.
